• Application fee: $100 (non-refundable)
• Deposit: $300 (to reserve your place on the course; non-refundable, but transferable to another ILSC-Montreal CELTA course)
• Tuition Fee: $2000

The Application fee ($100) must be paid prior to the interview date. This application fee is non-refundable unless the CELTA Centre feels the candidate does not meet the requirements to enter the program.

Applicants accepted to the course must reserve his/her place on the course by paying the deposit ($300) within 7 days of his/her interview. The tuition fee ($2000) must be paid in accordance with the deadline listed on his/her letter of acceptance (generally 2 weeks prior to the start date of the course). If applicants fail to pay their deposit and/or their tuition by the indicated date, their place will be offered to another qualifying applicant.

Withdrawal prior to course start date:

• If written notice of withdrawal is given 28 days prior to start of course: 100% refund of course fee
• If written notice of withdrawal is given between 28 days and 7 days prior to start of course: 75% refund of course fee
• If written notice of withdrawal is given fewer than 7 days prior to start of course: 50% refund of course fee

Withdrawal after course start date:

• If written notice of withdrawal is given within the first 2 days of the course: 50% refund of course fee
• If written notice of withdrawal is given within the first 6 days of the course: 30% refund of course fee
• If written notice of withdrawal is given after the first 6 days of the course: No refund is available
